Now that KnowledgePath has joined forces with RubinBrown, we are the largest consulting firm focused on the Mid-Market. This change has brought additional client work and the opportunity to hire new exceptional teammates. Although, there are multiple positions open at this time, we are looking for a specific type of individual to fill each of them.

Our Business Process Analysts are self-starters who like working with people. They are very organized, have excellent communication skills, and comfortably act as a liaison between business units and teams. They have experience with project management tools and methodologies and are eager to collaborate on-site with clients.
Our Business Solution Architects lead our delivery of high-quality ERP advisory and business improvement projects. They have deep expertise and knowledge of ERP-enabled processes and configuration in multiple areas across the ERP marketplace as well as the digital trends in Supply Chain and Finance. They are recognized for their team building, organizational, and motivation skills. They monitor compliance, emerging industry standards, and regulatory guidelines to support the PMO.
Our Senior ERP Consultants are responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects. They ensure consistency and support for the client’s strategy, commitments, and goals. They can manage projects on a global scale and thus work well with diverse groups of people. They are PMP certified, or have an equivalent certification, and have experience with ERP and other software applications. They are eager to train clients and junior-level consultants both on-site and remotely as they facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables per each client’s needs.
