ERP Consultant
The ERP Consultant will work with a team to advise client companies in accounting, operations, compliance management, and related processes through ERP and related technology selection and implementation. This role will hold responsibilities including advising clients on system requirements, helping evaluate how technology could support their needs, and guiding them through the transformation process.
The ideal applicant will have 4+ years’ previous consulting or industry experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, retail, or services. We are looking for candidates with strong time management, self-motivation, and communication skills.
Senior ERP Consultant:
The ideal applicant will have 6+ years’ previous consulting or industry experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, retail, or services. We are looking for candidates with strong time management, self-motivation, and communication skills.
Business Solution Architect
The Business Solution Architect is a senior role within the organization and will be responsible for working with consulting teams on large and complex digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal applicant will bring over 10 years of experience managing multiple systems, clients, and requirements at once. Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation is required, and additional certifications including Six Sigma is a plus.
Organizational Change Management Consultant:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will work as a key contributor within a transformation team. This role will involve gathering and reviewing business and process data to help define potential recommendations for managing the human side of a technology initiative.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in human resources, training, communications, and organizational design, ideally including experience with ERP or other enterprise level technology transformations. Certifications such as Prosci or CCMP are welcomed, but not required.
ERP Project Manager
The ERP Project Manager is a senior position at KPC, and is responsible for both managing, as well as helping with the execution of transformation projects for our clients. Key responsibilities include scope, timeline, budget, and resource management, and includes oversight of KnowledgePath resources, as well as vendor and client resources.
The ideal candidate for ERP Project Manager will bring 10+ years’ experience implementing systems from either a consulting or implementing organization perspective and should understand both the technical as well as business impacts of a digital transformation.
Business Process Analyst
The Business Process Analyst helps to drive client services to ensure that KnowledgePath delivers industry-leading growth and maintains delivery excellence through process and quality initiatives. The Business Process Analyst functions as the primary support person for the Project Manager in conducting client interviews, gathering and reviewing interview information, and documenting process flows with Visio software.
