KnowledgePath Joins Forces with RubinBrown

CHICAGO – RubinBrown LLP, is joining forces with KnowledgePath Consulting. John F. Herber, Jr., CPA, CGMA, chairman, RubinBrown, and David Warford, Founder and CEO, KnowledgePath Consulting jointly made the announcement.


KnowledgePath Consulting has been serving clients in the technology consulting industry for over 30 years. The company focuses on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization and business transformation including business assessment, ERP evaluation, IT and data services, process improvement, project management and change management.

The newly combined firm will operate within RubinBrown’s Business Advisory Services Group, which offers extensive services in ERP advisory, business process improvement and reorganization, cyber security, enterprise risk management, fraud and forensics, information technology and risk services. David Warford will be joining as a partner in the firm, and all KnowledgePath team members are joining RubinBrown and will operate out of the firm’s Chicago office.

This combination comes on the heels of two recent acquisitions in business advisory services for RubinBrown. RubinBrown combined with Himes Consulting Group in July of 2022 and Liberty Technology Advisors in August of 2021.
